Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for ordering the wrong size, or for any other reason where the product is as described and in working order.

Please use the sizing guide on the product page before you order. Sizes are measured in millimetres, heel to toe. Every pair trims down along printed guide lines, so if you are between sizes, order the larger size and trim.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered

You are covered. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. If the product arrived damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will send a replacement free of charge, or refund you in full if a replacement is not available.

You do not need to ship anything back to us. A photo is enough.

If your order never arrives

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch, usually within 12 hours of ordering. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and the terms above apply.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to goods that are not of acceptable quality or that do not match their description.
